Due to the recent Government decree, Ministry of Transport mandate (TMA 254/2020) and health crisis around Covid-19, at this moment most of our locations are closed and we are only providing rental vehicles to those professionals in need of transporting goods until further notice.
We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this time, however, know that we are taking steps to protect all customers and employees during this challenging time. If you have some flexibility with timing and location, we would be happy to work with you and fulfill your rental needs.

While we look forward to continuing to serve you during this time, we recognize some travel plans may change. To provide you with flexibility for these changes, we have extended our existing no-fee cancellation policy to include customers with pre-paid rentals booked directly through us. Customers who have booked a rental through a third-party are encouraged to contact that party directly to understand their policy.
Emerald Club Members
We're closely monitoring the impact of travel restrictions on our Emerald Club® members during this global health emergency. Rest assured, we want you to enjoy the status and benefits you've earned, now and in the future. As the situation evolves, we'll keep you updated on any adjustments we decide to make.
Currently, we're re-evaluating elite tier qualifications and working on a solution for elite members who haven't been able to take advantage of their benefits yet this year. We'll have more details for affected members soon.
We'd also like to remind members that free days‡ are valid for one full year after the year in which they were earned. So any free days you earned in 2019 can be used until 31 December 2020.
